Under the supervision from the Healthy Living Director, the Gym Monitor is responsible for the safety and security of the members, participants and staff with the ability to interact and communicate effectively and clearly with teens, young and older adults. Must have the ability to analyze situations quickly and take decisive action. The Gym Monitor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and shall act as a relationship builder with all members, staff, and guests.
